  • Do you ship everywhere in the world?

    The iUvo Ring will be available in every region worldwide and will be shipped directly from our distribution centre in Singapore.

  • Will there be a monthly subscription cost?

    Presently, there is no subscription or membership fee required.

  • When will I receive my order if I opt in for a preorder?

    Our development team and manufacturing partners are hard at work finalising the product and getting everything prepared for launch. If you preorder, we will keep you in the loop with frequent updates and may even request feedback along the way to help us enhance the experience. We are currently targeting a Q4 2023 launch.

  • Do you have a warranty period?

    Each health ring will come with a 1-year warranty activated on purchase. If you discover an issue with your ring, please contact our support team and we can help put you in the right direction. For any faulty products, we will aim to send you a replacement.

  • What is the expected battery life?

    Battery life is highly dependent on usage, however, we expect a fully charged battery to last up to 7 to 14 days.

  • What is the best finger to wear the Ring?

    We recommend placing the ring on either your Index, Middle or Ring Finger.

  • How long does it take for the iUvo Ring to calibrate?

    Calibrating (or establishing a baseline reading) typically requires 7 to 14 days, and the resulting data will be saved in the wearer's personal online account. However, if the ring remains unused for over a month, it will need to be recalibrated.

  • How long can the iUvo Ring store data?

    Up to 30 days of data can be stored. However, data may be lost if there had been zero sync-up during this time OR if the battery runs lower than 1% charge.

  • Can the iUvo Ring be worn on tattooed fingers?

    The accuracy of the readings may be compromised where black or darker inks are present.

  • What do I do if I want to change or cancel my order after payment?

    If you have placed a preorder and would like to change your order details, simply contact our support team at help@iuvoring.com and we can help make any changes to your order, including arranging refunds.
